Rental Age Policy
Driftwood Water Adventures’ Falls Township Community Park Boat Rental welcomes water enthusiasts ages 5 and up!
All participants are required to sign a Water Waiver. Minors must have a Water Waiver signed by a legal parent/guardian. Minors may be accompanied on the water by an ‘authorized adult’, which is a designated individual -18 years old and older - who has permission from the minor’s legal parent /guardian to accompany said minor on the water.
5-9 years old – an authorized adult must accompany minor on the water in the same vessel; no more than two minors per authorized adult
10-15 years old – an authorized adult must accompany minor on the water, either in the same vessel or a separate one; no more than six minors per authorized adult
16-17 years old – may paddle their own vessel, upon signed permission presented in person by a parent/guardian
18+ years old – may paddle their own vessel
